Chris gave us a call because he had quite a bit of algae growth on his house. We recommended a house wash by softwashing. He was happy we could help so he went ahead and got scheduled for our earliest day available. We let him know we were on our way to complete his house wash. When we showed up we noticed his driveway and sidewalk needs some TLC as well. We text Chris letting him know we could also perform a driveway wash and sidewalk cleaning for him. He quickly approved the work and our crew got it all cleaned up for him. The crew forgot to mention the concrete pad underneath the deck in the quote. He mentioned everything looked amazing however he thought the pad would've been included. We recognized we should've added the concrete cleaning of the pad in the quote as well, so we had a crew go back out the next day and clean the pad for Chris. He was extremely happy we were able to go back out and clean it for him. Our crews are not perfect however we take customer service here at Woody's Exterior Cleaning very seriously and we made sure we did the right thing for Chris.
